Where switching applies
- England: the non-household retail market opened in April 2017, so most business customers can choose a retailer.
- Scotland: business customers choose from licensed retailers, and Scottish Water runs the network.
- Wales: choice is restricted to very large users. Ask us and we'll confirm.
