How we like to work
Many business owners would rather read a clear summary than sit through a sales call. So we put our quotes and recommendations in writing, explain any jargon and leave the decision with you.
We request prices from the UK suppliers we work with, compare them on the same basis and take care of the admin once you've decided.
What you can expect
- Written quotes. Easy to check, share and come back to.
- Straight advice. We won't recommend a change that doesn't help you.
- Transparency on pay. Supplier commission, included in your rates and disclosed upfront.
- A fair complaints route. Eligible customers can take unresolved complaints to the Energy Ombudsman.
